A virtual graduate showcase that came as a result of the global pandemic.
Unable to have a physical exhibition that showcased the work of the 2020 graphic design students, we created a virtual exhibition on the collaborative platform Miro which was designed to guide the viewer through the work, with additional moments that allowed for users to interact e.g. 'The Bar' area where individual conversations between students and industry could occur.
My role was print and social curator with a focus on producing and running content for Instagram stories. The social channels were launched in advance of the exhibition to promote completed work by students and also create a buzz around the show, as well as, provide encouragement to continue throughout the unusual circumstances of lockdown.
Our engagement and following was triple that of previous years and was greatly helped by interactive content such as various recorded conversations with industry on IGTV which discussed relevant design topics.
